Viewing Your Order Status

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders. Please note: Immediately after you place an order, order information may not appear on iRobot.com in your Order History for up to 1 hour.

When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. Your Order History page will provide you with detailed information about your current order or past orders. Most orders follow this sequence:

Standard Status Messages
Submitted and processing Your order has been submitted and the information you entered during checkout is being processed.
Item(s) located in stock The products that you selected and submitted with your order during checkout are available and have been located in our warehouse.
Shipped on: 00/00/0000 The products have shipped from our warehouse and are on their way to the shipping destination indicated by you during checkout.

After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. Depending on the shipping carrier, you can click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. (A shipping carrier may not have the ability to track a number for up to 24 business hours.)

All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to the shipping carrier (Fed Ex, UPS or U.S. Postal Service). To contact the shipping carrier, simply click on the tracking number. You will then be redirected to their website where you can find more information.

Tracking Your Order

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Tracking information for an order shipped via Standard Ground is not always available. Standard Ground shipments are not always traceable while in transit. Some tracking services only provide proof of delivery and will not provide any information about the package until it is delivered. The only way to guarantee that your order will be assigned a tracking number is by selecting an expedited shipping method, such as Second Day or Overnight.

Orders may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of product you purchased, the shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your product(s). Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.

Track your order by:

  • Checking your email. You will receive emails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
  • Visiting iRobot.com. Sign In to My Account and click on Order Status to view your Order History 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.

Delivery of Your Products

  • Delivery of your products can take anywhere from 3 to 10 full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.
  • Products are only shipped during regular business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States). If you receive an email notifying you that your products have been shipped during a weekend or federal holiday, they will not actually be shipped until the following business day.
  • If your order is being shipped to an address in Canada, please read the following rules and restrictions for Canadian shipments from iRobot.com.
  • When you view a product on the product detail page or in your Shopping Cart, make note of its availability (ex: Availability: In Stock, usually ships in 1 business day). This tells you when we expect the item to leave our warehouse. Items that are not In-stock may take longer. The time it takes for the item to arrive at its destination depends on the shipping method you select in Checkout.

    Note: If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and accepted by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

  • We place an extremely high value on customer security and privacy. We take many precautions in verifying the security and privacy of orders. For this reason, most products take a minimum of 1 to 2 full business days to leave our warehouse, before entering the shipping process.
