Finding Products

There are two ways to find the products you are looking for on iRobot.com - Search by Keyword or Product Number in the Search box or browse the links from the home page. No matter which method you use, you will find a variety of sorting functions to help you find what you are looking for.

Adding Products to Your Shopping Cart

To add products to your Shopping Cart, follow these simple steps:

  1. Before clicking Add to Cart, make note of the availability of the product (ex: Availability: In Stock, usually ships in 1 business day). This tells you when we expect to ship your product from our warehouse. Once your product has left our warehouse, the shipping method you select during checkout will determine when your order will arrive.

    For example, if your product ships from our warehouse in 1 business day, and you select "Overnight" shipping, it may actually take 2 full business days for your order to arrive. For more information see Calculating Delivery Time.

    Note: Your order must be received and accepted by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

  2. Next, select a quantity by entering a number beside the product.
  3. Click the Add to Cart button to add the product to your Shopping Cart.

Making Changes to Your Shopping Cart

You can make the following changes to your Shopping Cart:

  • Update the quantity. To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Update Cart."
  • Remove a product from your Shopping Cart. To remove a product, click on "Remove from Cart," or change the quantity to zero and click "Update Cart."
  • Move a product to your Wish List. If there are products in your Shopping Cart that you want to save but do not wish to purchase immediately, you can move them to your Wish List by clicking on "Move to Wish List." If a product is out of stock, it will automatically be removed from your Wish List.
  • Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping on iRobot.com, you can use the Shopping Cart to store products you wish to purchase. Click "Continue Shopping" to search the site for additional products. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your cart by clicking "Shopping Cart" at the top of the page.

Using Your Wish List

When you are shopping at iRobot.com and find products that you wish to save but not purchase immediately, you can add them to your Wish List. Your Wish List saves products even after you leave our site, making it easy to relocate and purchase your favorite products in the future. Products you place in your Wish List will remain there until they are purchased or removed.

You can access your Wish List every time you visit iRobot.com by signing in to My Account with your email and password.

Options in your Wish List:

  • Move a product to your Shopping Cart. When you are ready to purchase a product from your Wish List, simply click on "Move to Cart." Doing this will move the product into your Shopping Cart and from there you can proceed through our secure checkout.
  • Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping on iRobot.com after you view your Wish List, click on "Return to Shopping."

Calculating Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Warehouse Handling Time + Shipping Time

Warehouse Handling Time is the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse.

  • When you view a product on the product detail page or in your Shopping Cart, make note of its availability (ex: Availability: In Stock, usually ships in 1 business day). This tells you when we expect to ship your product from our warehouse. Once your product has left our warehouse, the shipping method you select during checkout will determine when your order will arrive.

Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our warehouse.

  • During checkout, you will get to select a shipping method and see the total time it takes for the item to leave the warehouse and ship to its destination. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

For example, if your product ships from our warehouse in 1 business day, and you select "Overnight" shipping, it may actually take 2 full business days for your order to arrive.
